1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by tk9171 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with tk9171, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting, bonus acceptance, and use of customer support services. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.3 Account Registration

3. Deposits and Payments

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing belong to you and that you are not using any payment method that is not registered in your own name. tk9171 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Deposits made using third-party payment instruments may be refused and the account suspended pending investigation.

tk9171 does not accept deposits from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or illegally sourced funds. Any deposits identified as coming from such sources will be voided, the account suspended, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where applicable.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of valid proof of identity and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. tk9171 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. 4.3 Wagering Requirements

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tk9171 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms. All bonuses are offered at tk9171's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as possible permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets that guarantee fulfilment of wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets;
• Exploiting a technical error, glitch, or pricing discrepancy to generate guaranteed profits.

Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and cannot be exchanged for any other reward. tk9171 reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a promotion's terms and conditions have been satisfied.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the tk9171 Platform — including slots provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; crash games including Aviator and Spribe titles; and fish shooting and colour prediction games — are operated according to the rules published by their respective game providers. In the event of a conflict between game-provider rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in respect of your relationship with tk9171.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and dealing equipment monitored in real time. tk9171 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any live dealer hand, spin, or crash multiplier.

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on the Platform's side, the round will be reconstructed from server logs and the result applied accordingly. tk9171's decision regarding the correct outcome of any disputed game round is final and binding.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on tk9171 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, and other sports as listed on the Platform at any given time. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. tk9171 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error.

In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay to prevent exploitation of information advantages. tk9171 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is cancelled or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's betting rules.

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market. Where no sport-specific rule applies, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources;

• Suspected use of automated software, artificial intelligence, or any system designed to give an unfair advantage.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the Platform terminates an account for reasons unrelated to player conduct, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk9171 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, graphics, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of tk9171 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk9171 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. tk9171's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk9171 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

12. Privacy

tk9171 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. tk9171 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk9171 with respect to your use of the Platform.
